Version 0.2.1 is available!

News since last version are:
- added server default notify
- added arguments ($1,..,$9) for alias and special vars ($nick, $channel, $server)
- added hotlist in session file when using /upgrade command
- fixed crash with DCC when resuming file

- fixed nicklist display when location is top or bottom
